Refund Policy

• Upon registration you agree to a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
• Since we have fixed costs and limit camp size if you cancel 30 or more days before your session we will issue you a refund of the remaining funds after the deposit is deducted.
• If you cancel your session with in 30 days of your sessions travel day we cannot issue a refund.
• If you are concerned about medical or other reasons that may cause you to cancel your session we suggest that you acquire travel insurance.

Private Training, Semi-Private Training & Zoom Coaching Refund Policy

• For private training, semi-private training, and Zoom session(s), all payments are non-refundable once you commit to and reserve your session(s).
• If you are concerned about medical issues or other circumstances that may require cancellation, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
